This information is used to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver website projects, record approvals, request milestone payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Payment details are handled securely by the payment provider. VidWeb receives payment status and transaction references but does not store full card details.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website and deliver the project, or when legally required. Records are kept only as long as needed for the project, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info.vidweb@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
